"Financing Just Didn’t Feel Right"
I was hoping the finance options would be a bit clearer, but they felt limited and confusing. My gut reaction was that it just wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been, which made the whole thing a little disappointing.

"Kind of pricey for what you get"
I wanted to like it, and at first I thought it might be worth it, but honestly, actually, the more I think about it, the prices just felt too high for what I got. Not terrible, just not great value for me.

"Refund Took Longer Than Expected"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to follow up myself, and it kind of felt like I was being ignored until I chased it. The staff were polite when I spoke to them, but I just wish the whole process had been quicker and a bit more clear.

"I bought a pedal from guitarguitar..."
I bought a pedal from guitarguitar and had an issue pretty much as soon as it arrived. I contacted after-sales support thinking it would be straightforward, but the replies were so slow I kept having to chase them up myself?!

By the end, it still didn’t really feel properly resolved, and the whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but after this I wouldn’t use them again.

"Not the quality I expected for the price"
The guitar looked fine at first when it arrived, but I noticed a small chip in the finish near the neck, and the volume knob felt a bit loose. It does play, but for the price, I expected it to feel better put together. It just did not seem like it was checked very carefully before being shipped.

"Stock info was way off"
I ordered a guitar because the site said it was in stock, then a little later I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. I’d already paid and was waiting for, well, I was expecting delivery details at that point, so it was frustrating. If it’s not in stock, just show that on the product page. felt like a waste of time.

"Felt completely overlooked"
I’ve been to plenty of places where the staff at least acknowledge you, even if they’re busy, but here I felt ignored. I waited around expecting someone to help or even say they’d be with me soon, and nothing happened. Compared to other places I’ve visited, the service really stood out in a bad way.

"Good Stock When Others Didn’t Have It"
I’d been trying to track down a particular Fender model and, after checking the usual places, guitarguitar was the one that actually had it. The stock info on the site was nice and clear too, which made the whole thing a lot less frustrating. A few of the colour options weren’t available, so it wasn’t absolutely perfect, but there was still enough choice to make it worth ordering. I’d happily use them again.

"Exchange took way too long"
The exchange process was frustrating. I felt like I was being forced to just sit around and be patient with no real updates, and it dragged on way longer than it should have. Not a great experience at all.

"The site looks decent at first…"
The site looks decent at first, but actually using it was frustrating. I had a hard time finding the filters I needed, and the stock info wasn’t clear at all. Pages were loading slowly too, which didn’t help. It also wasn’t obvious who was really responsible for keeping the info updated, so I didn’t feel confident relying on it. I ended up giving up and checking somewhere else

"Item was fine, support was another story"
Ordered from guitarguitar.co and the item itself turned up fine, so no complaints there. The annoying bit was trying to get a simple answer about delivery. I emailed and ended up waiting days for a proper reply, and when they finally got back to me it felt rushed, like nobody had really read what I asked. I had to chase them again just to get things sorted, which made it feel a bit like they were hoping I’d just drop it. Not the worst place to buy from, but their customer service could definitely be quicker and a lot more helpful.

"Decent strings, slower delivery than I like"
I bought some strings online and the price was perfectly reasonable, so no complaints there. The only thing is the delivery took longer than I expected. I usually like things to arrive a bit more promptly, so by my personal standard it wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped. Not a huge problem, just something I noticed.

"The guitar arrived in good shape…"
The guitar arrived in good shape, which I’m definitely happy about, but the box was bashed up and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but for the price I expected it to be packed with a bit more care. I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while and usually trust them, so this was a little disappointing even though the guitar itself is fine

The staff were really friendly and seemed to know the basics, which I appreciated. I just expected a little more detail when it came to the pedals, since that’s what I was most curious about. It wasn’t bad at all, just a bit of a mixed experience overall.

"Finally Fixed, But Wow the Waiting"
They did fix the issue in the end, so credit where it’s due, but the communication was so slow I was practically aging in real time waiting for updates. A quick message here and there would’ve made the whole thing way less stressful.

"I bought a used pedal that was…"
I bought a used pedal that was listed as being in good condition, but when it showed up it had more scratches than I expected and one of the knobs was loose. It technically works, but it really felt like nobody gave it a proper once-over before sending it out. For what I paid, I regret going for this one.

"Setup just didn’t really land for me"
I took my guitar in for a setup and, I don’t know, it came back feeling like not much had actually improved. The action still felt off, and then there was this fret buzz that I’m sure wasn’t there before. The staff were nice enough, nothing rude or anything, but the whole thing felt kind of rushed. I ended up taking it somewhere else to get it sorted, so yeah… basically paid twice. I wouldn’t go back for repair or setup work.

"Guitar was okay, but communication was confusing"
The guitar turned out fine in the end, so no real issue there. But the communication was a bit confusing?? I had to chase for updates, and replies took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just felt like it could’ve been handled a bit better.

"Warranty support was a let down"
The warranty help was slow and frustrating. I kept having to chase for updates, and it kind of felt like no one really wanted to deal with it or get it sorted. Not what I expected after buying from guitarguitar tbh, and it left me a bit dissapointed
